Intended Use:Used for test microorganism on the surface of equipment, personnel, facility,packing material.
Formula:Pancreatic Digest of Casein 15.0g; Papaic Digest of Soybean 5.0g; Sodium chloride
5.0g;Agar 15g; Purified water 1000ml; pH7.3±0.2(25℃)
Storage:Keeping in dark place at 2∼25℃
Shelf Life:6 months
Procedure:
1.Take prepared medium out from storage, and warm at room temperature.
2.Take the whole package into the test site.
3. Open the lid, make the medium contact surface contact on the measured surface, press bottom lightly for 10 seconds if necessary. Pick it up gently, close the lid cover .
4. Cleaning measured surface order to remove residue medium.
5.Remove the medium from the clean room, inculate plates according to established laboratry guidelines for processing sample.
6.Observation and counting.
Quality Control:
1.Appearance: light yellow, smooth, no cracks, no visible impurities and air bubbles.
2.Physics and chemistry, pH, gel strength, 500 ~650 g/cm2.
3.Aseptic: 20 to 25 ℃, 3 days, 30 to 35 ℃, 2 days, sterile, no obvious filtration medium.
4.Water-holding capacity: flow open for 4 hours in the air, no obvious shrinkage phenomenon.
5.Growth test: Inoculation of Escherichia coli , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger, grow well and have the typical colony characteristics.
Precautions:
1.This products are produced by the high pressure sterilization technology , aseptic filling technology and irradiation sterilization technology. Do not use plates if the plates have cracked and contaminated by microorganism before use.
2.The rest of the plates must be immediately sealed and stored in refrigeration, protected from cracking and contaminating by microorganism.
3.Some condensate water can appear after storage in refrigerator for long time or great temperature variety. Pour out the condensate water in a clean environment, and dry the surface of plates by inoculating in incubator for a period of time.
4.This product is a disposable product.After use, all plates must be sterilized by autoclaving.
