【Intended Use】Used for test microorganism on the surface of equipment, personnel, facility,
packing material.
【Formula】Pancreatic Digest of Casein 15.0g; Papaic Digest of Soybean 5.0g; Sodium chloride
5.0g;Agar 15g; Tween80 5.0g; Lecithin 0.7g; Purified water 1000ml; pH7.3±0.2(25℃)
【Storage】Keeping in dark place at 2∼25℃
【Shelf Life】6 months
【Procedure】
1.Take prepared medium out from storage, and warm at room temperature.
2.Take the whole package into the test site.
3. Open the lid, make the medium contact surface contact on the measured surface, press bottom
lightly for 10 seconds if necessary. Pick it up gently, close the lid cover .
4. Cleaning measured surface order to remove residue medium.
5.Remove the medium from the clean room, cultivate inverted under prescribed conditions of time
and temperature.
6.Observation and counting.
【Quality Control】
1.Appearance: light yellow, smooth, no cracks, no visible impurities and air bubbles.
2.Physics and chemistry, pH7.1-7.5, gel strength, 500 ~650 g/cm2
.
3.Aseptic: 20 to 25 ℃, 3 days, 30 to 35 ℃, 2 days, sterile.
4.Growth test: Inoculation of Escherichia coli , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis,
Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger, grow well and have the typical
colony characteristics.
【 Precautions】
1. Products are produced by the high pressure sterilization technology , aseptic filling technology
and irradiation sterilization technology. Do not use plates if the plates have cracked ,
contaminated by microorganism and the packing is not complete before use.
2. Store the products in upright position .Take it in the working environment in upright position at
least 4~6 hours before use. This will not be instantaneous surface temperature difference, so it
does not produce condensed water. If the temperature difference is more than 10℃, can produce
more condensate water.
3. The product has small water droplets or water vapor occasionally, normal use is not affected.
Water in the product means the product is fresh. If more water vapor, you can pour out the
condensate water in a clean environment.
4. Product is a disposable product. After use, all plates must be sterilized by autoclaving.
5.For microbial detection.
6. Not used for clinical diagnosis.
