LB肉湯干粉培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:稱取本品25.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

生長檢測:35±2℃培養(yǎng)18~24小時(shí)
