LB肉湯干粉培養(yǎng)基的配制方法：稱取本品25.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

質(zhì)控方法：
理化檢測：干粉（淡黃色）；水分（≤5%）；溶液（黃色，澄清透明）；pH（7.0±0.2）
生長檢測：35±2℃培養(yǎng)18～24小時(shí)
