改良Letheen瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法:稱取本品52.1g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱溶解后加入7g吐溫-80,搖勻,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用。

Tryptone [胰蛋白胨]:10.0g
Pancreatic Digest of Casein[胰酪蛋白胨]:5.0g
Proteose[月示蛋白胨]:10.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉] :5.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉浸粉]:3.0g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]:2.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]:1.0g
Sodium Bisulfite[亞硫酸氫鈉]:0.1g
Lecithin[卵磷脂] :1.0g
Agar[瓊脂]:15.0g
pH7.2±0.2[25℃]
Modified Letheen agar basic preparation method: weigh 52.1g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, add 7g Tween-80 after heating and dissolving, shake well, pack, high-pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and solidify, reserve.
