Vogel-Johnson 瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法:
稱(chēng)取本品61.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50℃，每100ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支208051%亞碲酸鉀溶液），混勻，傾注平板，備用。

Phenol Red酚紅：0.025g
Agar瓊脂： 16.0g
pH7.2±0.2(25℃)
Preparation method:
