tetrathionate broth base Preparation method: Weigh 93.6g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, adjust the pH to 7.0±0.2 with hydrochloric acid, heat and boil, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 20 minutes, cool, store cold and dark for use. Before use, add one piece of 20315 and 20316 every 100ml, mix well and pack.
