Lactose Monohydrate Sulphite Medium Preparation method: Weigh 20.3g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be proportionally increased or reduced), heat and boil until completely dissolved, divided, 8ml/ tube (including Duchennais tubules) was autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes. After sterilization, 0.5ml sodium metabisulfite solution (12g/L) and 0.5ml ammonium ferric citrate solution (10g/L) were added to each tube respectively, and used on the same day.
