China Blue Agar Preparation method: Weigh 43.2g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and stir and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the AGAR, separate, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent the AGAR from settling in the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, cool to 50-55 ℃, mix well, pour into the plate.
