Over 2 and half years in the making, Trance Energy 2008 is nearly upon us. The calendar steadily fills with ‘X’s as the days have slowly crept by. Over the past few weeks the anticipation has been growing, so much excitement, so many expectations. The greatest DJ’s on the planet in one of the finest arenas, for many, Trance Energy is a first, for others the highlight of their raving experiences.

For weeks we have wondered. Who will play when, what tracks will blow us away, who will be the highlight of the event? So many unanswered questions…The set times were announced not that long ago, with the so many great artists playing in the Mainstage, conflicting with sets by DJ’s in the Future and High Contrast stages, everyone is still unsure how to decide where to be! The list of tracks that everyone has been hoping to hear has been growing every week, mainly due to the consistant quality of Armin van Buuren’s ASOT radio show. However, highlights are expected to be tracks from John O’Callaghan, Armin himself, Orkidea, Matt Cerf, Orjan Nielsen, Deadmau5, and Carl B to name but a few.

There has been considerable effort by Rico and Tom B to organise the branding for the trip. The idea has been to promote the site and encourage friends to visit by wearing RicoPortland branded T-shirts. The order has been placed for 19 shirts to cover the entire RicoP entourage, pink and white for the ladies, as well as black and white for the guys. Rico himself can be found in a unique white and black t-shirt. These will also be available in future via the website so please don’t hesitate to contact the team for more info.

For those interested in joining us, we are more than happy to welcome anyone who wants to share the Trance Energy experience.
