日水m-Endo 肉湯的配制方法: 稱取本品4.8g于98ml蒸餾水或去離子水中并加入2ml無水乙醇(可按比例增加或減少配制量),沸水浴30分鐘使徹底溶解,冷卻,備用。

Monopotassium phosphate/磷酸二氫鉀:1.375g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉:5.0g
Sodium Desoxycholate /去氧膽酸鈉:0.1g
Sodium Sulfite/亞硫酸鈉:2.1g
Sodiumdodecylsulfate/十二烷基硫酸鈉:0.05g
Acid Fuchsin/堿性品紅:1.05g
pH7.2±0.2/25℃
 
Preparation method: take this product 4.8g in 98ml distilled water or deionized water and add 2ml anhydrous ethanol (can increase or reduce the amount of preparation according to proportion), boiling water bath for 30 minutes to completely dissolve, cooling, spare.
