木糖賴氨酸脫氧膽鹽瓊脂配制方法:稱取本品55.2g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平皿。

pH7.4±0.2(25℃)
