葡萄糖瓊脂dextrose agar配制方法：稱取本品38.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），加熱煮沸溶解,分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,備用。（資料來自：青島日水生物）

葡萄糖：10.0g

溴甲酚紫：0.015g

瓊脂：12.0g
