葡萄糖瓊脂dextrose agar配制方法:稱取本品38.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,備用。(資料來自:青島日水生物)

Glucose agar dextrose agar preparation method: call this product 38.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or reduce the dosage in proportion), heat boil dissolve, separate, 121 centigrade high pressure sterilization for 20 minutes, spare.
