DYS耶爾森菌瓊脂英文名DYS Yersinaia Agar；用于小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森氏菌的分離培養(yǎng)。
DYS耶爾森菌瓊脂配制方法:
稱取本品89.5克于1升蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量)，加熱煮沸滅菌,冷卻至55攝氏度，傾注平皿，備用。

酪蛋白水解物 5.0克
牛膽鹽 8.5克
脫氧膽酸鈉 20.0克
氯化鈉 5.0克
L-阿拉伯糖 10.0克
L-精氨酸鹽酸鹽 6.5克
L-賴氨酸鹽酸鹽 6.5克
中性紅 0.04克
瓊脂 13.0克
pH7.2±0.2(25攝氏度)
Preparation method of DYS Yersinia AGAR:
Weigh 89.5g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (the amount of preparation can be increased or decreased proportionally), boil and sterilize, cool to 55℃, pour into the plate for standby use.
