使用方法：
無菌環(huán)境下，使用砂輪劃割安瓿瓶藍點正下方瓶頸處，背向藍點掰開安瓿瓶（戴手套操作），待培養(yǎng)基冷至 50～55℃，無菌操作使用移液器每將本品適量添加于培養(yǎng)基中（通常每支用于 90ml 10517 中），輕輕混勻，備用。

Usage:
