使用方法：
低溫環(huán)境下取出后，無菌環(huán)境下，使用砂輪劃割安瓿瓶藍點正下方瓶頸處，背向藍
點掰開安瓿瓶（戴手套操作），待培養(yǎng)基冷至 50～55℃，無菌操作使用移液器移取本品適量于培養(yǎng)基中（如每 100ml 10602 添加本品 1 支），輕輕混勻，傾注平板或備用。
產(chǎn)品性能指標：
1、 理化：無色，澄清透明
2、 有效性檢測：生長率合格，抑菌性合格
注意事項：
1、 本品為我公司培養(yǎng)基配套添加劑，請配套使用
2、本品僅用于微生物檢測
Instructions for use of CIN-1 medium base additive
Usage:
